Welcome to mycommunityservice.org!  We know that you will agree that volunteering builds character and broadens perspectives.  This is especially true for students whose minds and bodies are growing.  We've tried to develop a tool to help students and make your job a little easier.Please complete the form to the left, and we will send a unique user code for your school. 

 

This code will allow your students to submit community service hours, photos of their volunteer activity, and other information to you digitally.  Say goodbye to paperwork and manually entering information into a spreadsheet or database. The information your students provide wiill be automatically dropped into an excel spreadsheet that you will be able to access at any time! You can quickly evaluate student progress by the student's last name or check how each grade is doing. 

 

Okay, sometimes we know paper is a necessary evil, so we've made it super easy for students to upload paper forms and send them directly to you. Additionally, the form allows students to send a description of what they did and asks them to rate their volunteer service project.
